Frequently asked
The questions small firms actually ask us.
If something below is not covered, send it through the contact form. A founder will reply.
The product
- Alberta is live today, with more provinces and federal (CBCA) coming online. The platform is built Canadian-first: incorporations, annual returns, and jurisdiction-specific filings are first-class, not an afterthought on top of a US product.
- Full entity management. It provides complete oversight for the lifecycle of a file, from initial incorporation through to ongoing annual compliance and register maintenance.
- Yes. The document engine runs on DXT-style templates with alias maps, so your firm's existing articles, resolutions, and governance documents can be ported. Onboarding includes dedicated template work.
- Yes. Share subscription and purchase agreements can go out to multiple signers in a set order, and you track each signer's status (awaiting, signed, declined) in real time. Signers see your firm's name, never a vendor's, and the signed PDF lands back in the entity record.
- Yes. Every material change to an entity is written to a tamper-evident audit trail with a plain-language summary, sealed into a hash chain and kept for seven years. Filter by category or person, reconstruct the board and cap table as of any past date, and export the whole trail to CSV or PDF.
- It reads the record and prepares real work: issuing shares, appointing a director, drafting a resolution. It shows you exactly what it will do and writes to the record only after you approve. Every action lands in the right register and the audit trail. It never acts unsupervised.
- Today Supacorp prepares the package, tracks the deadline, and assembles what you need to file. Registry connectors are rolling out jurisdiction by jurisdiction. We will tell you what is live for your province during the walkthrough.

Pricing & contracts
- One plan, everything included. $3 per entity per month, with a $99 monthly minimum, and everything past 300 entities is free. No per-seat fee and no contract. The pricing page has the full calculator, and we confirm your number on a walkthrough.
- Yes, and only per entity, never per seat. It is $3 per active entity per month, so your bill tracks the work you actually manage. Past 300 entities it stops climbing entirely, so growth is never punished.
- Month to month by default. Annual plans are available if your firm prefers.

Data, migration, and ownership
- Your firm retains complete ownership of all data, which can be securely exported at any time. You can export your entities, minute books, and generated documents on request.
- Yes. Most small firms migrate from a mix of Word templates, spreadsheets, and existing minute-book software. Onboarding includes a structured import. The walkthrough covers exactly how yours would work.
- Yes. Drop in a folder of corporate documents and Supacorp clusters them by company, reads the data sheets, and sorts everything into ready to create, needs a fact, and needs review. You approve the clean ones and create hundreds of entities in one pass.
- You get it back. A full export of entities, minute books, registers, and generated documents is included on your way out.
- No. Your firm's data is not used to train models or improve analytics for other firms.

Security & isolation
- Every table that holds firm data enforces Postgres row-level security keyed to your organization. A query from Firm A literally cannot return Firm B's data, even if the application code tried. The Security page walks through the full architecture.
- Yes. At rest and in transit. Integration credentials are additionally sealed with AES-256-GCM server-side.
- SSO is on the near-term roadmap. Today every account signs in with email and password plus strong controls. If your IT policy requires SSO, talk to us and we will plan the rollout with your team.

The walkthrough
- Fifteen to twenty minutes, video optional. We run a real matter through the product with you using your templates and your jurisdiction. If Supacorp is not the right fit, we will say so.
- No. Bring a real file in your head and we will work from that. You do not have to send documents in advance.
