    One playbook per action.

    The library is organized by what a firm does to a corporation: incorporate, issue shares, transfer shares, declare a dividend, change a name, amend a share class, create a series. Each playbook lists the documents the action needs and shows which of yours cover it.

    Your assistant codes the Word files.

    Hand it your precedents. It reads the requirements contract, marks each field, measures coverage, and reports what it could not place. Your wording stays yours, down to the clause.

    You publish.

    Publishing is one approval by a person with template rights. Until then the pack is a draft, and where a playbook is short a document, the Supacorp default fills the gap.

Your files stay where they live. The record cites them.

Supacorp holds what it generates and what it verified as evidence for a record. Everything else stays in your folders and your document system, fingerprinted and cited from the record.

In your own records

Point Supacorp at the records folder. Your browser fingerprints each file and the server checks the fingerprint against the record. Nothing is uploaded. The corporation shows the verified location, who verified it, and when. Firms that want Supacorp to hold an immutable copy of every cited source can switch to the vault policy instead.
