The questions firms raise most when they are weighing the number.
- One plan, everything included. $3 per entity per month, with a $99 monthly minimum, and everything past 300 entities is free. No per-seat fee and no contract. We confirm your number on a walkthrough.
- An active corporation or entity you manage in Supacorp. Entities you have archived or dissolved and are no longer maintaining do not count toward your bill.
- No. Bring your whole team. Pricing is per entity only, never per user, so adding reviewers and assistants never changes the price.
- Nothing changes on your bill. 300 entities is the ceiling at $900 per month, and every entity after that is free. Your effective rate per entity only ever falls as you grow.
- Month to month by default. Pay annually and save two months if your firm prefers a single invoice.
- You get all of it back. A full export of your entities, minute books, registers, and generated documents is included on your way out.
